You are cordially invited to attend the 2018 Annual Meeting of the Classic Car Club of America, April 11-14, 2018 in Branson, Missouri. Club business meetings, car collections, scenic tours and live entertainment will take place during the four-day event, all against a backdrop of CCCA camaraderie.

Hilton Hotel

Our host hotel is the Hilton Branson Convention Center where all Club business meetings will be conducted. The Convention Center will serve as the display area for our Classic Car exhibition and judging, all conducted indoors. Nearby activities are plentiful as the hotel is located adjacent to the Branson Landing shopping center as well as the Branson Hills Golf Course.

Activities begin on Wednesday with an Early Bird afternoon tour to the Scenic Railway Museum complete with a scenic train tour. During this 40-mile adventure, you will enjoy touring the picturesque Ozarks from the comfort of restored 1940s and 1950s rail cars. After the excursion, dinner is on your own at local area restaurants or the hotel.

Thursday, the Annual Membership meeting begins promptly at 8:00 a.m. at the hotel. Results from the Board elections will be revealed along with brief State of the Club statements covering all aspects of Club business. A continental breakfast will be available prior to the meeting.

Immediately afterwards, Board assignments will be made at a short National Board meeting, followed by the Publications & Website meeting. We will then head out on a scenic bus tour with lunch to be served at the legendary Lambert’s Café before we arrive for our afternoon tour at the Auto and Farm Museum. Enjoy the 90,000 square feet of space devoted to more than 200 collectible automobiles plus 180 tractors and farm equipment at this museum. We will return to the hotel to freshen up before heading out to board the famed Branson Belle Steamboat for dinner and a show that evening as we cruise on Table Rock Lake and watch the sunset aboard the boat. The Hospitality room is open late, the perfect spot to catch up with old friends or discuss the most recent Classic Car purchase.

Friday’s business meetings include the Museum Membership meeting, Regional Relations and a Judging seminar. A continental breakfast will again be available prior to the start of these meetings. En route to our incredible tour destination, we’ll stop for lunch.

Steve Plaster’s Evergreen Historic Automobiles is located in Lebanon, Missouri and features more than 500 collector cars on display. Housed in “Car Barns” covering three acres, the collection includes a wide range of automobiles from the early 1900s up to modern collectibles. Classics are numerous and prominently featured.

We return to the hotel before heading out to honor the Regions at the Regional Awards Banquet with dinner and entertainment at Stormy Point Village. The Hospitality room will again be open later in the evening.

In preparation for Saturday’s Classic judging, the Judges and Tabulators breakfast begins at 7:00 a.m. Concurrently, the regular continental breakfast will be available for other attendees. The Classics will be in place by 9:00 a.m. with judging commencing at 10:00 a.m., and then you are free to enjoy the day in Branson. The CCCA Educational Foundation will hold a meeting in the afternoon. The awards banquet is our final get together where judging results from the day’s events will be revealed. Culminating the evening is the presentation of the Warshawsky Best of Show award, CCCA’s only Best of Show recognition.

Springfield-Branson National Airport (airport code SGF) is located about 50 miles from Branson. Allegiant, American, Delta and United Airlines all service this airport. We will be running a shuttle service in between the airport and hotel for those coming into and departing from this airport.
