Classics and Carriages CARavan HUB TOUR: Wooster Ohio Sponsored by the CCCA Educational Foundation
Classics and Carriages CARavan
A Celebration of Early Classics
A Hub Tour for Full Classics 1915 through 1933.
We will be observing 17th and 18th century lifestyles in the largest Amish Community in the World.
The roads in Holmes County Ohio are ideal for early classics and the maximum mileage per day will be 80 miles. Many roads have carriage lanes. Part of this Celebration of Early Classics will be to secure outstanding photographs of our cars on the road in a beautiful setting that resembles the time period when many of them were built.
There will be Amish handicrafts, wood carving, carriage construction, furniture, antiques, farm life, hardware, Amish Live Theatre, history, culture, hearty Amish cooking and even a visit to Smuckers…”and with a name like Smuckers…it has got to be good.” Last, but not least, we will be guests of Carl and Georgia Hummel, visiting their collection and enjoying a BBQ.
