Scottsdale ResortThe 2019 CCCA Annual Meeting is perfectly timed to align with Auction Week in Scottsdale, Arizona, January 13-19, 2019. Come join us as we have secured an extremely favorable nightly room rate at the centrally-located Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch. This presents our Club with the perfect opportunity to expand our reach and raise our visibility within the collector car world. Our Club events precede the auctions, with activities beginning Sunday, January 13, 2019.

SUNDAY, JANUARY 13 – WELCOME PARTY & RECEPTION

We will kick things off right, with an outdoor welcoming party at our host hotel: The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The hotel’s veranda overlooks a relaxing and stunning courtyard that lends itself to pure Southwest style. Warm hors d’oeuvres and cool beverages mix perfectly in front of a roaring mesquite fire. We promise we won’t keep you up too late Sunday night because our car activities begin early Monday morning.

MONDAY, JANUARY 14 – GRAND CLASSIC DAY

Each morning of your stay, we will provide a scrumptious continental breakfast to get you started on the day’s events. Monday is special because we begin the Annual Meeting with our Classic Car GRAND CLASSIC display and judging on the first day of events. The judging seminar is scheduled at 8 a.m. and Judging commences at 10 a.m. outside on the hotel grounds. As the judging winds down, a picnic lunch will be served outside, amongst the cars. Plan on spending the whole day enjoying the cars and the resort as we showcase our Full Classics® against the backdrop of the McCormick Ranch’s manicured lawns. This special day will conclude with an elegant Awards Banquet at one of the hotel’s most formal ballrooms. Excitedly, one of our members, upon learning of the Grand Classic at the beginning of the Annual Meeting week said: “it’s just like eating dessert first!” We couldn’t agree more.
